I remember the day I hit my breaking point.

I struggled with decision fatigue for a while, and I just couldn’t take it anymore. I had been trying to make too many decisions in a day, and I was exhausted. I was overwhelmed by my options, and I didn’t know which one to choose.

The worst part is that it was over a simple 600-word article I had to present to a client.

I had done all the research, and I knew what I wanted to say. But when it came time to sit down and actually write it out, I just couldn’t do it.

I stared at the blank screen for hours, trying to force myself to come up with something-anything. But nothing came.

It was like my brain had shut off.

I was so tired from making all the decisions leading up to this point that I just couldn’t make anymore.
