Apparently, the thing to do is list the number of things you’re grateful for and match it to your birthday number.

But for me, that would be 55 things long. And that’s way too much to ask you to sit through. Mainly because you’ve prolly read, seen, or lived through most of them yourself.

Am I right?

So rather than chop up my fifty-five trips around the sun into fitty-five things you already know, I’m gonna do it in twenty-six. I mean, hell, it’s my damn birthday, and I have carte blanche.

But I digress…

Read each one, appreciate them for what they are, and notice how your energy shifts.

Here are 55 things I’m grateful for condensed into 26 points.

Ready?

  1. My mom and dad bumping uglies in Hawaii back in 1967. Without that, I wouldn’t be here.

2. Lotsa shit is gonna scare ya. 99% of it will never come true. Do it anyway.

3. Most of the rules you’ve been told to follow were made up by someone else. When you understand that there are no rules, you’ll also know that you can write your own. So write your own.
