He Couldn’t Even Afford Pants
“Instead of trying to reach everyone, we should seek to reach the smallest viable audience and delight them so thoughtfully and fully that they tell others.” — Seth Godin

I used to want to ammass a yuuugggeeee following. Not just on email but also on Facebook, Insta and all them other platforms the goo-roos said I had to master.
Yeah.
I used to want that because that’s what common wisdom and select business experts said to do. That and post 422 times daily across every social medium around and make sure it’s quality and not just quantity.
So I searched for that secret sauce, the chief goo-roo, the magic fairy dust that would help me generate gobs of leads. The hacks, tricks and digital incantations that would drive all those hungry buyers right into my funnel. (Oh yeah…then there’s funnels but don’t get me started). Them funnels and the fancy marketing thingies that were sure to “fill my pipeline”.
I admit it sounded glorious and getting my hands dirty learning and implementing all this felt good.
Busy. Hustle. One percenter.
You know…all those words that make up most of the memes that litter your feeds.
