Pretty Sure I Just Fat Shamed Dads Everywhere

I never meant to fat shame dads around the world, but…

I’m pretty sure I just did.

And it was for their own good.

Look, I grew up a fat kid. I don’t blame anyone but myself and the Hostess family that lived with us. You know…the Twinkie twins, Cupcake bros, and that damn Snow-Ball sister of mine.

Yeah.

I ate a lot, and it carried into my adulthood.

They said it was my genes…

Being Hispanic and all…

Then they said it was because of my busy schedule as a nurse then as a busy AF entrepreneur.

So I ate a lot, was chubby as a kid, and it carried into my adulthood.

Until the day, it didn’t.

You see, the other part of my upbringing that also carried into my adulthood was the fact and belief that we have more say so then we imagine.

We do.

So while I still love to eat…A LOT…I also know that I have to exercise my (potentially fat) brown butt off.

Sometimes I drop the hammer on some heavy weights…

Sometimes it’s merely a brisk walk…
