The end of CrossFit as we know it

Greg Glassman led the certification seminar when I became an L1 certified coach and later a box owner. Yeah. He was the “Flowmaster” back in the day. That was in 2007. It was in Pittsburgh, PA, and man, was it a cold as hell day.

I remember we did our PVC drills in the snow, in the parking lot of the “box” who was our host that weekend.
