“Would it help?”
Every time you are faced with what may seem a crappy situation, a lousy hand to play or simply just a bummer of a moment, say these three words to yourself in response to the reaction you would typically have.
For instance.
Today you woke up and saw the weatherman was wrong. It wasn’t sunny and 81 degrees, it was flipping cloudy, and there’s rain rolling in. So yeah, there goes the day at the lake.
Damn it to hell! Might be your first, knee jerk thought.
Then…
One might start to think…
“Damn, this sucks!”
Or…
“Why do I always get crappy weather on my days off!?”
Or…
“I’ ma bout to take this umbrella right down to the WOAI…
