Why Most Writers Will Be Forgotten
(And how to make sure you’re not one of them)
I’m writing this at a desk cluttered with half-filled notebooks, a coffee cup with yesterday’s espresso stains, and a stack of books I swore I’d finish weeks ago.
The irony? Half of these books were written by people who are already forgotten.
That’s the brutal reality of writing today. You can spend months — even years — crafting the perfect book, essay, or article, but if you don’t stand out, your words will disappear into the digital abyss.
So let’s talk about what actually gets you read, remembered, and respected as a writer. Because if your goal is to make an impact, you need more than just “good writing.” You need to be impossible to ignore.
Step 1: Stop Trying to “Find” Your Voice — Build It Instead
